  1. I placed an order last December for a full set of T350 Black Vapor Irons made to the same spec as my current T350 irons

I see that they are no longer available to order on line

Anyone have any feedback on the time required to process this order?

Thanks in advance for any feedback

  2. We’ll it looks as though that the T350 are not available from Titleist, so if you want a standard set they have the @ Golf Galaxy & PGA Tour Superstore
Just be careful at Golf Galaxy as they standard shaft appears to be the AMT Gold

I got fit into the T200s at the end of February, by our local Titleist rep. I ordered the Black Vapor irons with black onyx AMT shafts. All shafts were +1”. The fitting was on a Friday the and Titleist processed the order the following Monday. One week later they were delivered.

If you placed an order in December, then you got some connection at Titleist. The email I got for preordering them wasn’t until February 11th of this year.

Best to call Customer Service and see what’s up. They are the best at what they do. I’ve called them a few times and was always impressed how helpful and nice they are.

If you scroll down there are a number of shafts that are optional that are not upgrades at Golf Galaxy. AMT shafts are the standard for these clubs. The limited edition were blacked out.

In the US when placing an order direct from Titleist I have always gotten quick turnaround service. Placing the order, Titleist included a response that included the issued order number. That number is what I can use to check on an order status by calling customer service.

If you ordered direct, in the US, you should have received the order within a couple of weeks (or after an official release date if a pre-order.). Otherwise, if there a delay due to a components they would issue an order update with a new estimated shipping date. If for whatever reason they cancelled the order, they would updated you with that as well.
