Titleist Logo Decals & Patches

Titleist needs to include Decals with Logos in all orders so we can proudly display our affiliations. I have spend almost $5k in the last few months in Titleist equipment and dont have one Decal to proudly display in my automobile or office about my Titleist Equipment.

My Titleist players bag also has had the same exact issues. It's a major bummer! Mine is about 2 years old and two of the zipper pockets are totally useless. One zipper pulled right off, another is stuck to the material behind it. Last weekend, before our member guest second round, I had to take a knife to that pocket to open it and get my balls and rangefinder etc out. We had 3 different people pull on it and nobody could get it open. For the price, I did expect to get more than 2 years out of it. At least you didn't put in three hundred for it!!

Hey Team Titleist community,

I wanted to see if anyone else has run into this issue or has advice on how to get it escalated.

I recently received a Titleist Players 4 StaDry stand bag as a gift, which originally came from the pro shop at Westchester Country Club. The bag is in absolutely immaculate, near-mint condition, but unfortunately, the zipper track teeth on the lower pocket completely unraveled from the red fabric backing tape. The pocket was never overstuffed, and there are no other scuffs or signs of wear anywhere else on the bag.

I reached out to customer support (Case #00489281) hoping for a discretionary review since it's a clear structural defect on a premium bag. However, I just got a boilerplate email telling me to go back to a physical authorized dealer with a receipt. Since it was a gift, I don't have the receipt, and I don't live near Westchester CC to have them pull a member record. I also don't know whether it's still in the warranty period.

I love Titleist gear and always wave the flag, but it's tough to have a premium waterproof bag sidelined by unraveled stitching. Have any other TT members had success getting a digital warranty review escalated by a manager or sales rep in this scenario?

Launch Monitors

Hey everyone, looking to purchase a cheap launch monitor to use in my backyard set up.

Not looking to get a ton of specific data points, just want to have a good idea what my yardages are across the bag. I was looking at the Shot Scope LM1, hard to beat the out the door price without a subscription. Ideally, I would like to have some spin metrics (which the LM1 lacks) but understand that there isn't going to be a ton of accurate data on the cheaper end.

Just wanted to see if anyone has experience with the LM1 or if there are any alternatives available around that price point.

Replacement Bag Straps

Any way to get replacement straps for a 2018 Premium Carry Bag? Part of one of the straps busted but I do not have it on warranty. Would be fine with after market replacements as well.

I purchased the 2025 Premium Stand Bag.
The plastic on the shoulder strap is broken.
Also, the zipper pull on the ball pocket is broken.
cannot be purchased at the golf shop.
Can I buy a replacement?

I read the reviews. There were only six reviews on the bag. One was very satisfied. Three complaints were out of warranty, one at 2.5 years and another at 4 years. Another had issue with color fading and need to be careful when choosing colors. Red or bright colors will fade in the sun in the south, regardless of manufacturer. I have a cart 14 bag and have had it over five years, all black, no issues. Difference, pretty much one more slot. How you care for your bag makes a difference. Throwing it around in the trunk can damage the zippers and the stitching. Leaving it in the sun and heat in a trunk, if wet, can make the stitching age quickly and potentially break. Proper care can lengthen the age of any bag.

Hi. Please help me. I want to buy a cart 15 bag but I see on golftown reviews, these bags have a bad review regarding poor fabric and poor stitching. Is this still an issue or has the problem been rectified?

I have used a Cart 15 for 150+ rounds on a Sun Mountain cart with no problems and highly recommend it.

Have seen a couple of articles and a video this week from the Titleist clothing stores in Korea, loads of options and a full selection of non footjoy branded Titleist clothing. Similar options in Japan I believe. Pity that isn’t available here.

There were also a lot of other brands with clothing that we don’t normally get.

Umbrella/Backpacks

Hi, as living here in Chicago, on the rainy windy days, it can get kinda bad and all the basic umbrellas i have always turn inside out and break pretty easily. Will either of the umbrellas offered here by Titleist hold up in the wind?

Also, i was looking at backpacks and can’t seem to find them, am i not looking in the right spot or do they not have them anymore?

I have several of their umbrellas including the double canopy. I’ve never had a problem with any of the them. I use the stadry the most, it’s very light but sturdy.

I have a Cart 15 bag that is a couple seasons old and have not experienced any of the issues that you mentioned.
Mine is all black, and I bring it indoors after golf so it really looks almost in new condition.

I do know that some colors would fade if left in direct sunlight for long periods of time, but I have not experienced that either.

I enjoy my LL bag and i dont particularly like when this happens to me either, however i dont believe there is a solution. I think its kinda the trade off for the sweet, compact bag we are using. Clubs are gonna get a little tangled. I persoanly would rather have that situation than walk around with a Al Czervik size bag

I like the looks of the Links Legend bag --- but am put off by the narrow opening at the top and the overall weight. Unless I am carting it, I will stay the Players 5 bag.

I’m looking to replace an older mid size tour bag. I am weighing the cart and mid-tour bags. Using a motorized cart, stand bags end up angled with legs not resting against the back.
There is the hybrid bag. Any experience actually using this item in a push cart.? I’m trying to avoid taking my cart int a local store to see it will sit oriented straight out.

Staff Bag vs Mid Size Staff Bag

Any thoughts on the differences between the Titleist staff bag and the mid size? I walk 80% of the time with a push cart.

I also like to keep everything (rain gear, gloves, balls) except for umbrella in the bag.

I'm leaning towards the mid size but would like to know if there is much more pocket space/storeage than the deluxe cart bag. I have the deluxe but side apparel pockets bulge out too far.

*Will Titleist embroider our club logo and name on the bags? TT logo? Also any feedback on the difference in strap attachments is appreciated.

You are correct. The Titleist backpacks/gear are gone due to the overlap with Club Glove.

Also, if you check out the UK site, they are selling the new Club Glove Titleist branded backpack. Hopefully it comes to the US along with the new golf travel bags.

I was just on their site and they didn’t have any pictures of the inside so you could see how much space you have. I’m sure it’s plenty thou.

I have the single canopy, its a good sturdy umbrella and it is surprisingly lightweight. Never been to the windy city, but its been good here in Pennsylvania

I don't think it's the overlap, as they had them in the site after the acquisition, but Club Glove came out with a new lineup of travel bags and backpacks, and I think they'll be back at some point. I am hoping the put a Titleist branded travel bag in there, I want one that's a touch bigger than the Scotty Cameron I have (which is super tight, even for a small carry bag).
