Living in the upper mid west means that my regular golf season is closing for the year. I am planning on taking some time away from the game to let my body heal up and get refreshed from the 2025 season. I am looking to find out how other people handle their off season routines and work for next years season.

My plan: Take 3 weeks off (no clubs in my hands) November 29 - Start my off season gym routine using "Fit for Golf" app Start swing speed training "Stack System" Mid December - Take first lesson Mid January - Take another lesson February - Take 2 lessons March - Take two lessons April - Lesson Start playing when weather allows

The reason I am making this commitment is want to to get back to a mid single digit index. The years are passing fast and as I get closer to 60, I feel the urge to play better golf again.

I would love to here TT members thoughts and any ideas about my plan or how to make it better.

    Thank you.

I have developed tendonitis in my left bicep. I can play year round here in North Carolina, but after my Friday play day ,I am going to take off until after the first of year. Do my PT and putt some . Maybe do some slow motion work.
