On Thursday, 18 September 2025, I recorded my first ace. Sweet, considering I have played golf for about 55 years; though much more so since my retirement in 2023.

This surreal event occurred during senior league play at the Ledges Golf Course in York, Maine. It was the 8th hole playing about 150 yards, slight wind into. I hit a 6 iron with a 2 yard fade, landing a few feet in front of the hole and rolling in. Boom!!!
