Fastback OC Shortening The Shaft

    I have the new Fastback OC(Onset Center) and need the total length to be 32.5". The putter is currently at 34". I know that I will need to increase the weight, but what about the forward shaft lean? Will that need to be increased by a couple degrees?

    It is already a sizable investment. You probably should go to a pro shop with a SAM lab or similar and get it adjusted to you, including cutting it down. You may need to get the loft/lie adjusted as well. It’s not worth anything if the ball hops or skids or requires you to adjust your stroke to hit a line.
